We promote Healthy Bodies and Healthy Minds in our School in many ways.
We have 'Mindful Mondays' where pupils are encouraged to build up a 'toolkit' of strategies which they can adopt to help support their Mental Health and Wellbeing during everyday life. We take part in activities which focus on breathing techniques, relaxation strategies, distraction techniques, building our own 'zen Den' and Yoga.
We have been exploring ways in which we can adopt a Growth Mindset during our weekly Assemblies.
